Finding the right insurance carrier is about more than recognizing a name. It is about matching your household, property, vehicles, coverage priorities, and budget with a company whose underwriting and policy options fit the risk.
Travelers is one of the carriers Graziano & Lorince can consider for eligible Ohio customers. Adding another established carrier to the markets we represent gives us another way to compare available coverage, service options, and overall fit. It does not mean Travelers will be the best choice for every customer, but it may be a useful option when the details line up.
Why another carrier option can matter
Insurance companies do not all evaluate a household, home, vehicle, or business in the same way. Each carrier has its own underwriting appetite, rating approach, eligibility guidelines, available endorsements, and product strengths. A company that fits one customer well may not be as competitive or flexible for another.
As an independent agency, we can look across the carriers available to us and help explain the differences. The goal is not to promote one company automatically. It is to identify an option that provides sensible protection for the customer in front of us.
Personal insurance options from Travelers
Travelers currently offers a range of personal insurance products. Availability, eligibility, coverage details, and optional features can vary by state, customer, and underwriting.
Auto insurance
Travelers auto policies may include familiar protections such as liability, collision, comprehensive, uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, medical payments, rental coverage, roadside assistance, and other available options. Learn more about the questions we review on our Auto Insurance page.
Homeowners insurance
A homeowners policy can help protect the dwelling, personal property, additional living expenses, and personal liability, subject to the policy’s terms and limits. Our Homeowners Insurance guide explains the core coverage areas worth reviewing.
Renters and condo insurance
Travelers also lists coverage for renters and condominium owners. These policies address different responsibilities than a standard homeowners policy. Explore our Renters Insurance and Condo Insurance pages for the distinctions.
Personal umbrella coverage
An umbrella policy may provide an additional layer of liability protection above qualifying underlying policies. It can be worth discussing when home and auto liability limits may not fully reflect a household’s assets and exposure. See our Personal Umbrella Insurance overview.
What about Accident Forgiveness?
Travelers currently describes Accident Forgiveness as an optional auto-insurance feature that may help an eligible customer avoid a premium increase after a qualifying accident. The company also describes Responsible Driver Plan options that may include accident and minor-violation forgiveness.
These features are not available in every state or situation, and eligibility depends on underwriting and driving history. We can confirm what is available for a specific Ohio household and explain how the option works before it becomes part of a recommendation.
Business insurance may also be part of the conversation
Travelers also offers commercial insurance across a range of products and industries. Depending on the operation and underwriting, that can include general liability, commercial property, business owners policies, commercial auto, umbrella or excess liability, professional and management liability, cyber, and surety solutions.
No single business package fits every company. Operations, payroll, property, vehicles, contracts, customer traffic, prior losses, and industry-specific exposures all influence which carriers may be appropriate. Our Business Insurance hub provides a starting point for those discussions.
A Little Insurance Humor
We had some fun with the idea in a short Graziano & Lorince video. An alien arrives in the neighborhood and asks where she can get insurance after 6 PM. The neighbor has a simple answer: “Just call John at Graziano & Lorince Insurance.”
It is a lighthearted way to reinforce that insurance questions do not always happen during normal business hours.
How we evaluate whether Travelers is a fit
When we compare Travelers with other available carriers, we look beyond a single premium number. The review may include:
- Eligibility and underwriting for the home, vehicles, drivers, or business
- Coverage limits, deductibles, endorsements, and exclusions
- Options for coordinating home, auto, umbrella, or business policies
- Available discounts and optional features for which the customer may qualify
- The customer’s priorities, budget, and comfort with retained risk
A lower premium can be useful, but only when the policy still addresses the risks that matter. We help customers compare the structure of the coverage as well as the price.
Ready to compare your current coverage?
If you already have insurance, a review can help identify questions about limits, deductibles, endorsements, or gaps before the next renewal. If you are shopping for new coverage, we can discuss whether Travelers or another available carrier may be a good fit.
Coverage availability, policy features, eligibility, discounts, and pricing vary by state, customer, and underwriting. Travelers is one of several carriers that may be considered; no carrier or savings outcome is guaranteed.
